A career built
on discipline

We are interested in professionals who are calm, prepared, precise about detail and comfortable being held to a standard.

01 What Working Here Means

This is a professional services organisation, not an adventure. Most of the work is preparation, documentation, briefing and review, and the people who do well here are the ones who take that part seriously.

Engagements vary in length and intensity, and specialists are engaged for specific assignments against a written agreement. We are direct about scope, duration, pay basis and expectations before anyone commits, and we expect the same directness in return about qualifications, availability and any limitation on where a person may lawfully work.

We welcome applications from professionals with military, special-operations, law-enforcement or civilian protective-security backgrounds, and equally from consultants, analysts and instructors whose contribution is entirely advisory.

02 Role Categories

Where we engage professionals

Categories of work we recruit into. Specific openings depend on assignment demand and jurisdiction.

  1. R / 01

    Security Specialist

Protective and security duties on assignment. Requires relevant licensing for the jurisdiction, sound judgement, physical and professional suitability, and the discipline to work to a plan and report accurately.

  2. R / 02

    Executive Protection Specialist

Close protection for principals and families. Requires current close-protection licensing where applicable, advance-planning competence, discretion, and the social fluency to work in professional and private settings without friction.

  3. R / 03

    Security Consultant

Assessment and advisory work for individuals and organisations. Requires strong written English, structured analysis, and the ability to produce recommendations a client can implement and afford.

  4. R / 04

    Risk Analyst

Environment, travel and organisational risk analysis. Requires research discipline, source evaluation, clarity about confidence and assumption, and the restraint not to overstate a finding.

  5. R / 05

    Training Instructor

Delivery of personal-safety, awareness, de-escalation and lawful defensive training. Requires instructional qualifications, a lawful and defensive teaching philosophy, and genuine ability to teach rather than only to perform.

  6. R / 06

    Operations Coordinator

Assignment coordination: scheduling, documentation, licensing checks, logistics and client liaison. Requires organisation, accuracy and composure when plans change at short notice.

  7. R / 07

    Travel Security Specialist

Travel risk planning, destination briefings and traveller preparation. Requires destination knowledge, practical familiarity with international travel, and clear, concise briefing skills.

04 Application Pathway

How an application progresses

We respond to every professional enquiry, including when the answer is no.

  1. 01

    Professional enquiry

Write to us with your professional background, the role category you are interested in, the jurisdictions in which you hold the right to work, and your current licences and qualifications. Keep it factual and concise.

  2. 02

    Initial review

We assess relevance against current and anticipated assignment demand. If there is no present fit we will say so, and will ask whether you wish us to retain your details for future consideration.

  3. 03

    Interview

A structured discussion covering experience, judgement, conduct, communication and how you would approach realistic professional situations. We are as interested in how you reason as in what you have done.

  4. 04

    Verification

Identity, right to work, licensing and qualification checks, and background screening proportionate to the role — carried out lawfully and with your informed consent.

  5. 05

    Engagement

A written agreement covering scope, conduct, confidentiality, insurance, reporting, pay basis and the limits of authority — issued and understood before any assignment begins.

Confidentiality — please read before applying

Candidates must comply with all confidentiality and legal obligations arising from previous employment or service. Do not send us classified, restricted, protectively marked or operationally sensitive material, and do not describe specific operations, units, methods or personnel where doing so would breach an obligation you hold.

Describe your experience at the level of competence and responsibility — what you were accountable for, what standards you worked to, what you are qualified to do. That is what we need in order to assess you, and it can always be said without disclosing anything restricted. Applications containing restricted material will not be progressed.
