People who
understand discipline

The people we engage are selected for verified competence and professional conduct — not for the story their background tells.

Representation policy

The photography on this website is illustrative of the professional disciplines described. It does not depict our specialists, our clients or any assignment we have undertaken, and no individual shown is identified as a member of this organisation.

01 Professional Backgrounds

Seven backgrounds we draw from. Each is engaged for a specific competence, not a general reputation.

Where our specialists come from

Our network is deliberately mixed. Protective security is not a single skill, and the best team for an assignment is rarely drawn from a single professional tradition.

  1. B / 01

    Former military personnel

Structured planning, disciplined execution, comfort with briefing and reporting, and experience of working to a defined chain of responsibility under sustained pressure.

  2. B / 02

    Former special-operations personnel

Small-team operation, detailed advance preparation, contingency thinking and a high tolerance for the unglamorous groundwork that precedes any capable operation. Engaged only where such a background is independently verified and legally permitted.

  3. B / 03

    Former law-enforcement professionals

Evidence handling, incident documentation, familiarity with how civil authorities actually operate, and practical judgement about when and how to involve them.

  4. B / 04

    Executive-protection professionals

Career close-protection specialists whose competence is in the civilian discipline itself: advance work, principal liaison, low-profile movement and the social fluency that discreet protection requires.

  5. B / 05

    Security consultants

Assessment, policy and procedure specialists who translate findings into arrangements an organisation can actually operate, maintain and afford.

  6. B / 06

    Instructors

Qualified trainers in personal safety, situational awareness, de-escalation and lawful defensive principles, assessed on their ability to teach as well as their subject knowledge.

  7. B / 07

    Risk specialists

Analysts working on travel risk, environment assessment, business continuity and crisis preparedness, whose output is written guidance rather than physical presence.

02 Qualification Architecture

How a specialist is cleared to work

No stage is optional, and no assignment begins while a stage is outstanding.

  1. Stage 01

    Identity

Verified identity and right-to-work documentation for the jurisdiction in which the assignment will take place.

  2. Stage 02

    Background

Background screening proportionate to the role, conducted lawfully and with the individual’s informed consent.

  3. Stage 03

    Credentials

Direct verification of licences, qualifications and claimed experience with the issuing body wherever verification is possible.

  4. Stage 04

    Suitability

Assessment of professional conduct, communication, judgement and fit for the specific assignment and client.

  5. Stage 05

    Contract

Written engagement covering scope, conduct, confidentiality, insurance, reporting and the limits of authority.

What we publish, and what we do not

We do not publish

  • Invented names, ranks, medals, decorations or unit designations.
  • Personnel photographs, identities or biographical detail.
  • Claimed operational histories, deployments or engagements.
  • Fabricated certifications, accreditations or memberships.
  • Client names, locations, itineraries or protective arrangements.
  • Any information that would compromise a person’s safety or confidentiality obligations.

Personnel who have served under confidentiality obligations remain bound by them. We require compliance with those obligations as a condition of engagement, and we never ask a specialist to disclose restricted information.

We do confirm to clients

  • That identity, right to work and licensing have been verified.
  • The category of professional background relevant to the assignment.
  • Qualifications and training directly relevant to the role.
  • Insurance position and contractual scope of the engagement.
  • Who holds responsibility for the assignment, and how to reach them.
  • The limits of what the specialist is authorised and permitted to do.

Verification detail is shared privately with the engaging client under a confidentiality agreement — never published on this website.

Statement on authority

Where personnel have former government or military experience, that prior service does not provide current government authority. Our specialists hold no police powers, no military authority, no intelligence-service status and no diplomatic standing. They act as private individuals under private contract and are subject to the ordinary law of the jurisdiction in which they work.

03 Next Step

Tell us the requirement and we will tell you who it needs

Staffing follows the assessment. We would rather recommend two well-matched specialists than six generalists.
